After the idea for the Center Lane Project was born in early 2023, we held our official founding meeting on April 29, 2023, in Cedar City, Utah, USA.

The board members are students and practitioners of the original CRV method as developed by Puthoff/Swann. As our advisors, we are proud to have all three remaining students of Ingo Swann, who were all active in the Star Gate Project, learned directly from Ingo Swann, and continue to teach and represent the method. Also Skip Atwater is part of the advisory council, the person without whom the CRV training program at Ft. Meade would not have existed. They are an invaluable source of firsthand knowledge for us, and within the scope of this project, they provide advice and information to us and our Full Members.
