Terms and Conditions
The Center Lane Project reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate membership benefits, pricing, qualifications, and any associated terms and conditions at its sole discretion, with or without notice. By becoming or remaining a member, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Benefits Changes: Membership benefits, including but not limited to discounts, privileges, services, and offerings, may be subject to change at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate these changes to our members through various communication channels.
- Pricing Changes: Membership fees and dues may be subject to change. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to members through email, on our website, or through other official communication channels.
- Qualification Criteria: Membership qualification criteria may be updated or modified, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you continue to meet these criteria to maintain your membership status.
- Notice: While we will strive to provide advance notice of significant changes, the Center Lane Project is not obligated to do so, and we reserve the right to make immediate changes as circumstances dictate.
- Termination of Membership: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any membership at any time for reasons including but not limited to violations of our terms and conditions, conduct deemed detrimental to the organization, or failure to meet qualification criteria. No person shall be terminated or suspended from the Project without an opportunity to be heard. A notice of a motion for action setting forth the reasons shall be given to the person by telephone, electronic methods, or written notice twenty (20) days before a meeting of the Center Lane Project Board of Directors. The person may appeal in writing before the meeting, and the appeal will be reviewed and considered before the motion for termination or suspension.
- No Legal Obligation: This disclaimer is not intended to create a legally binding contract, and the Center Lane Project is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from changes in membership benefits, pricing, qualifications, or any associated terms.
- Member Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each member to stay informed about any changes to membership benefits, pricing, qualifications, or other terms by checking our official communication channels and contacting us for clarification or questions.
By becoming or remaining a member of the Center Lane Project, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
