Julia Turchuk was a graphic artist and friend of Ingo living in New York City at the time. She said she occasionally had psychic experiences. She came to California a couple of times to train with Ingo and Tom McNear. Julia died in 2013, the same year that Ingo passed away.
Julia also participated as one of five viewers in the “Mars III” project (Psychic Probe of Mars, June 15, 1984).
