Elly Flippen is the niece of renowned psychic and remote viewer Ingo Swann, and currently serves as the administrator of the Ingo Swann estate. With a background that includes an undergraduate degree from Vassar College and an MBA from Columbia University, Elly has played a pivotal role in preserving and promoting Swann’s legacy through supporting the donation of his archives to the University of West Georgia and the establishment of fellowships to support parapsychological research by her mother and herself. Elly has written about Swann’s life and work, and continues to share personal insights and stories about her uncle’s extraordinary contributions to the field of psychic phenomena.

She holds the title of Publisher with Swann-Ryder Productions, LLC, and maintains and runs Ingo’s website ingoswann.com and X account @estateingoswann.

Elly lived with her uncle Ingo as his housemate in New York City for several years, giving her a unique insider’s perspective into his life and work. As Ingo’s closest living relative, Elly has taken on the responsibility of overseeing his estate and archives after his passing in 2013 at the age of 79. This includes organizing, cataloging, and distributing his literary works, artwork, and materials related to his pioneering role in developing remote viewing protocols for military intelligence agencies.

Elly wrote, edited, and provided the art direction for the book Stardust Highways: Ingo Swann’s Art of Entertaining, which showcased her uncle’s artistic talents. She has been deeply involved in efforts to document and preserve Ingo’s multifaceted legacy as an author, artist, psychic, and along with Dr. Harold (Hal) Puthoff the “father of remote viewing.”

Through her close relationship with Ingo over many years, Elly gained firsthand insights into his meticulous personality, creative processes, spontaneous psychic experiences, and the vibrant community of visitors from all walks of life who frequented his New York apartment. She hopes to produce a full-length documentary film further exploring Ingo Swann’s remarkable life and achievements.
